Pak Choi or Bok Choy

Pak choi and Bok Choy are the same plant, known by different names, an Asian green/type of cabbage . They develop a very loose head with long green (or red) leaves and succulent white stems. These varietals are high in Vitamins A, C & K, iron, calcium & potassium. Pak choi can be used in stir fries; quickly blanched, served with a sauce or added to soups.
