Green leafy plant, a good addition or substitute for cabbage varieties. Strong flavoured and nutritious vegetable. Great in salads raw, or as a side - wash well, chop then steam. Recognised as a "superfood," it is packed with vitamins K, A, and C, is low in calories, and thrives in cold, frost-tolerant conditions.
